They are super friendly and got me out of a 2012 with high mileage with a 18.9% interest to a new 2015 with a 13% interest for $14 more, and unlike any other dealer they worked with me on my down payment with really bad credit. They put in alot of work to get me in my new vehicle and made me feel liked i knew them forever. I strongly recommend this dealership to anyone, you will not find nicer people to do business with and that is willing to work with you so much and make you feel comfortable..Thank you guys More

We stopped at this new dealership since it is the closest to our home. We were impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the fact that they were able to answer any questions that we had without hovering over us. We came back a few weeks later to begin the purchasing process using TrueCar. Our salesperson, Josh Tackett, was very helpful and was able to locate a car that closely matched what was desired. The first offer for our trade-in was very close to number I had in mind and we had no problem coming to fair price for both parties. The finance person, Omar Eljazouli, was very accommodating in explaining all of our options and giving us privacy and time to discuss all the options and what worked best for my daughter. Overall, we were very happy with our whole buying experience and I would highly recommend that anyone looking to purchase a new Toyota to consider Family Toyota. More

Long story short he got me out of my old 2013 Tundra CM and into a new 2015 Tundra CM for $11.50 more a month. For that I couldn't pass it up. They even offered to customize my new one which was a nice bonus. My old Internet sales rep actually moved over to this dealership as well, which tells you a lot. I left with the car I wanted (a Prius 3) at a price that fit my budget. If I continue to drive long enough that I need another car, I will return to this dealer. More
Exceptional Customer Service First, let me start by briefly explaining my circumstances, previous experiences, and my expectations so that you can better understand the level of s First, let me start by briefly explaining my circumstances, previous experiences, and my expectations so that you can better understand the level of satisfaction I have with my purchase from Family Toyota of Burleson. As a mother of five, I have driven a mini van for almost as long as I can remember. Three of those five kids are now adults with one more soon to be leaving the nest, and I am finally able to purchase a car, one that I actually enjoy driving with a few little luxuries just for me! But which car should I choose? I place high value on a sedan that provides a quiet, smooth ride above all else along with a push button start, keyless entry, and high safety ratings. My limit on price is $20K, and if the vehicle is pre-owned the limit on mileage is under 35,000. After some extensive research, I narrowed my choices to three different makes and models which included the Toyota Avalon, Toyota Camry, and Àcura TL. I also concluded that to have a car with all the features I wanted and stay below my limit, I would need to purchase a pre-owned sedan. I was ready to move to the next stage, test drives. I started by making some online inquiries and this is where my pleasurable experience with Family Toyota began. A few dealerships that I contacted with questions immediately began inundating me with phone calls to persuade me to come in for a test drive yet they skirted around my questions, never really answering them at all. It seemed they were more interested in selling me a car rather than providing a service to help me find what I was looking for in a car. Family Toyota was different from the word go! John Carroll contacted me through email (my preferred method of contact) and actually answered my question about the Camry of which I was inquiring. He invited me to call him when it was convenient for me so that we could discuss my options. I was unable to connect with him by telephone due to my busy schedule; however, I set up an appointment to come into the dealership via email along with a list of my specific wants and limits. When my husband and I arrived, we were warmly greeted and directed to Mr. Carroll's desk. We were made to feel very welcome and at home immediately, completely at ease. In preparation for our meeting, Mr. Carroll had two Camry's waiting for us at the front of the lot next to the show room. Our plan was to test drive the Camry and get a feel for how it handles the road and how quiet the cabin is, but had no plans to purchase that day. I had covered our plans in my email correspondence with Mr. Carroll, yet knowing that we did not plan to purchase that day, he still took his time with us and went over every detail of the two different Camrys, thoroughly explaining each feature to us. We test drove both cars, and we were very impressed with the value and the feel of the Camry. During this time, he told us the history behind Family Toyota and explained their customer service values which mirror my customer service expectations to a tee. To make a long story short, my husband and I decided to make our purchase that day. It wasn't an exceptional deal that we just couldn't pass up that motivated us to take home a Camry on that particular day. Don't get me wrong, it was a really good price for a pre-owned 2012 Camry SE with all the great features and upgrades, but we could have found a comparable deal elsewhere, probably much closer to home too. It wasn't the plush entertainment room with theater seating and fresh popcorn that tipped the balance on a sale that day, nor the top of the line service center with all the bells and whistles of the latest technologies. It wasn't even the trendy leather seating and large flat screen TV hanging above the warm fireplace in the ample service waiting area with hot, fresh coffee or ice cold beverages that moved us to change our plans and drive away in my new (for me) car. Nope, it was the people! From the moment of initial contact through to the delivery of the vehicle, the staff at Family Toyota of Burleson were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They were transparent, exhibited a high level of integrity, and were more concerned with meeting my needs rather than selling a car. Each and every staff member modeled their company's mission to make customer service their highest priority, and I already look forward to more purchases in the years to come. I will be sure to update my review once I have had the pleasure of getting my Camry serviced in their state of the art service center! More
