Mariely Rivera is an ASSET to Faulkner Subaru AND, I am here to tell ALL. So, what started out as a "let me just check things out and see what you people have." I took a ride in three or four used Subaru O here to tell ALL. So, what started out as a "let me just check things out and see what you people have." I took a ride in three or four used Subaru Outback's that day. One new and three or four certified used. NOT ONE PRESSURIZING MOMENT OR COMMENT from THIS LADDY?!?!?! Who are you and what happened to the car salesperson sitting a side of me? You're in sales, right? YES SHE IS, & HER DEMEANOR, WAS & IS GREATLY APPRECIATED WHILE I WAS JUST LOOKING FOR OUR OUTBACK! Because eventually she said what I was thinking. "These cars sell themselves and it all comes down to a matter of; WHAT ARE YOUR WANTS AND YOUR NEEDS" period end of story! By just letting me enjoy the test rides & our simple talking, I found our car and it turned out, I also found the Babe Ruth of car salespeople, one Mariely Rivera!!! Then I brought my wife back out to see for herself as it was going to be her car. She too loved Mariely's approach to "selling us a car". She let the car sell US!!! She was so sure of herself while walking around each and every car and pointed out ALL OF THE NEWEST OPTIONS FOR EACH OF THE MANY OUTBACKS WE LOOKED AT, it was us who forgot more than we could remember and when it was time for pick up, she walked us through everything again of the 2021 Cert Used Outback. I won't forget you kiddo, & I'll come looking for you once again if and when I have to do it again. Thank you. More
