The most recent was accompanying my daughetr while she leased her first new vehicle. I could write paragraphs, but I'll sum it up with the fact that they renegged on nearly every statemt or comment made leading up to the close. They've essentially lost my business along with anyone else close to me that's in the market. More
Poor Service and Failure to Keep Word. I was so excited to be getting my dream car, a Dodge Challenger. It was supposed to be a happy event. We had to use Al Deeby for the Costco discount. I was so excited to be getting my dream car, a Dodge Challenger. It was supposed to be a happy event. We had to use Al Deeby for the Costco discount. But they had limited selection. Finally agreed on a car. Took us FIVE hours to get everything done. Then, BEFORE I signed any paperwork, when looking at the car, noticed some scratches and imperfections in the paint. I was PROMISED that they would fix those things, they were easily taken care of, and they would provide a rental car. I explained my work scheduled and was ASSURED there was no problem. HA. After a week of "I'm working on it", I finally talked to the manager to get arraignments made. After a few more days of "I'm working on it", I finally said I would arrange for my own transportation since it was such a HASSLE for a car dealership to arrange for a loaner/rental. I was promised that they would "make it right", maybe fill my car up with gas or a gas card or something. Called to check on status a few days later, and they had decided to close on Saturday which meant I could only pick it up on Thursday. (Who closes a car dealership a Saturday following a holiday -- seems like a good day to buy a car). Get there, noticed imperfections right away that weren't fixed, including exposed metal. They got a bottle of touch up paint, the tech applied it (and did he use the microfiber cloth? NO, HIS TANK TOP!! to smooth it out), and it looks horrible. Was told these imperfections couldn't be fixed unless they repainted the entire door. And guess what, no gas, no gas card, NOTHING. I am so upset that this experience with my dream car ended so badly, I am ready to trade it in for a Ford. They get you into a car and then wash their hands of you and don't go the extra mile. My husband and I are very loyal customers, have both 5 cars from the same dealership in CA. Will NOT be loyal to this dealership. More
Whenever I get the chance, I recommend Al Deeby Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Recently, I received a thank you note from a young man who I referred to Al Deeby to purchase his first vehicle, a Dodge Dart. He was Dodge Jeep Ram. Recently, I received a thank you note from a young man who I referred to Al Deeby to purchase his first vehicle, a Dodge Dart. He was so impressed with the level of service he received he was compelled to write me a note. And in this day and age, how often do you hear of a 20something sending a hand written note! Kudos to Al Deeby for making customer service your top priority! More
STAY AWAY!!! They will promise you any price you want but will never deliver. I was told by the sales manager himself that he will personally call me when he found out pricing when the new monthly deals but will never deliver. I was told by the sales manager himself that he will personally call me when he found out pricing when the new monthly deals come out. I called 3 times, each time he said he was sorry, he forgot to call. The last time was over a month ago when he said he would call me as soon as a truck came in, I never received a phone call, yet I know they have sold plenty of trucks since then. This place was a complete waste of my time that cost me a good deal on a truck. Thank a lot! More
The Costco pricing and the facilities are really nice, as is their selection; however, our salesman was nice on the phone but very rude in person and acted like we were barely worth the sale. I would reco is their selection; however, our salesman was nice on the phone but very rude in person and acted like we were barely worth the sale. I would recommend using the Costco program during a time with good dealer incentives; however, I'm not sure this is the place to do it. There is only one other option in the metro Detroit area, so maybe try there first next time. After a lot of haggling and wasted time, especially promises on the phone that did not materialize until argued for, it was a long process. I know it is no walk in the park being a car salesperson, but it seems like the management is the real problem. More
I went to Al Deeby Dodge because my lease was up and I wanted to lease a new Jeep. I made an appointment with Bob the salesman and showed up right on time. I have never been treated worse in my life. He h wanted to lease a new Jeep. I made an appointment with Bob the salesman and showed up right on time. I have never been treated worse in my life. He had no idea what he was doing and knew nothing about Jeep vehicles. He sent me out on a test drive alone, and then when I came back he simply said "Do you want it or not?" When I said I wanted to look at more vehicles he said he didn't have time for an all day test drive marathon. I promptly left after trying to speak with the owner, who the employees tell me "is never here and is not a nice person." I promptly left and went and bought a Jeep at another dealer later that day. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT AL DEEBY DODGE! More
