I've had very hit and miss satisfactory levels of service at Feldmann Imports. My most recent was not satisfactory. I paid $99 (hundred bucks) to have my car diagnosed for a noise. It sounds like the tech ju at Feldmann Imports. My most recent was not satisfactory. I paid $99 (hundred bucks) to have my car diagnosed for a noise. It sounds like the tech just drove it around the parking lot and couldn't recreate. You think!? How about getting it up to speed on streets? I also got an oil change. That was fine at $170+... But I later learned they're now adding a 3% surcharge for using a credit card. Seriously? For all intents and purposes, this is now effectively a $300 oil change. Oh, even though I referenced how dirty it was, they still didn't wash it. I generally LOVE the vehicles but may have to move on from them in light of the service. Especially if I'm now being nickel and dimed. More
