My Review of Ferman BMW:
(Ferman Bmw) brakes your car, and won't own up to it. Never go to that scaming place!! (Ferman Bmw) also tell's you that, repairs are needed when they are not. Worst customer service (John Tremblay) in my 31 years of owning a Bmw.Go to Bert Smith in St.pete, or Reeves in Tampa.

My Review of Ferman BMW:
My 1st visit has been a nightmare. Expecting to leave my car for a day, theyhave kept it over a week now. They have only 12 loaner vehicles to offer, once their used, you're out of luck. The loaner I was placed in was SOOOO dirty, like it had never been cleaned. What dealer puts people in dirty loaner cars?

The Svc. Dept Mgr seemed very unaware of my car and it features. They started making up excuses as to why things didn't work. I will not go back to this dealer for service. I suggest others avoid them as well.

My Review of Ferman BMW:
Right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. I had to drop my car off for maintenence in the morning. I found out that I couldn't get there at 8 am when they opened and wanted to drop the car off the night before and pick up the loaner then. <br><br>Service dept was less than enthusiastic about helping me... now I have to reschedule... piss poor customer service.
