The initial transaction with Joe started great, the truck came in and we were notified. We are 6 hours from the dealership and bought another truck from there. When we arrived the truck wasn’t fueled(only h came in and we were notified. We are 6 hours from the dealership and bought another truck from there. When we arrived the truck wasn’t fueled(only had 84%) fuel in tank according to app and gauge. Grant(who was covering for Joe) said it would be filled. We left snd the tank remained the same. DEF was not filled. Valve stems caps were missing from the tires but we found the empty box in the glovebox. Trash in the drivers and passengers door(pics sent to Joe @727-247-6586. A scratch in the drivers door was fixed after we pointed it out. This was pointed out to Grant by another employee and not fixed. We watched this take place while signing paperwork in Charla’s office. We waited an additional hour to have this buffed out. We asked for the original window sticker after realizing it wasn’t in the truck. We got no assistance in setting up the phone to the trucks system. We asked about this and were told it’s similar to your other truck. Everything was in demo mode when we left the dealership. The center console had coffee spilled iin it. The truck wasn’t detailed on the inside or outside. It had to be washed upon our request. We drove a trade in 6 hours in the rain and it was cleaner than the truck we left in. We sent a message to Joe regarding all these issues Thursday 7/17/2025 and were told he’d check into them and we haven’t had a response since. Wanted to wait until we gave Joe time to look into this but we keep getting notices to take the survey, so this our honest survey and hope to have these all resolved prior to receiving the GM survey. Very disappointed in the customer service we received. Thanks for any assistance in getting this to the person/people who could make this a better experience and get these issues resolved and use this as a teaching moment for the dealership. The communication with the body shop internally with service leaves a lot to be desired. This and the vehicle being crashed is the reason for 4 stars. Truthfully it should be 3, but accidents do happen. Oh and the fact that the body shop threw perfectly good after market Headlamp LED's in the trash really didn't sit to well with me either. I also needed a part saved for the insurance company ( Front Strut) and it was also thrown out by the body shop! More
