How wonderful it is to walk into a dealership and be greeted by name even by people who you have not seen in a year or so. Dallas Crider is our regular salesperson at Ferman MINI. He is honest, very knowledgeable, understands the "creature comforts" we like in our cars, and doesn't pressure us into a decision. Manalo Santos (Santos) works hard to earn our business. We truly feel like valued customers! Joe Cleaver in financing is also our preferred person to deal with.
