My first experience I was visiting in Clearwater and my engine light came on. Having a Volvo with 176,000 miles and a 5 hour drive home, I didn't want to take a chance an I was visiting in Clearwater and my engine light came on. Having a Volvo with 176,000 miles and a 5 hour drive home, I didn't want to take a chance and made an appointment on a holiday weekend. They were open and checked out my car, picked up the part from another dealer and replaced the faulty sensor. Excellent experience. More

Great service provided. Called in with our problem with the Volvo and was inmediatly told to bring the car in. Best Service Department in Tampa Bay! I have been going to Ferman Volvo for over 7 years and I refuse to take my car anywhere else for service. Although I now live on Harbour Island in Tam I have been going to Ferman Volvo for over 7 years and I refuse to take my car anywhere else for service. Although I now live on Harbour Island in Tampa, I continue to go to Ferman Volvo in Tarpon Springs for any service needed on my C70. I always receive excellent service and treatment. Matt welcomes me by name when I enter the service department and has all of the paperwork organized so I am in and out in a matter of minutes. I have just enough time to grab a cup of complimentary freshly brewed coffee and a delicious doughnut before I am in a loaner car and on my way. The friendly, professional service Matt provides will keep me coming back to Ferman Volvo for years to come! More
