The service center failed to text us when the car was ready. When I called the service center was about to close so instead of picking up the car late we decided to get the car the next morning. The serv ready. When I called the service center was about to close so instead of picking up the car late we decided to get the car the next morning. The service manager apologized and I decided to have some extra brake work done. I asked if there were any coupons for discounts and they said no. However two days later I received a 10% off coupon via email! I would like that discount to be applied retroactively for our inconvenience. More
