I'm sorry to hear you haven't had a pleasant experience with us. You're satisfaction is the number one priority. I took some time to review your situation and inspect what may/may not have happened. According to our records our technician performed and completed a front end alignment, replaced the lower and the center steering column shafts. Additionally the technician replaced, fixed, and/or installed new windshield wipers, changed the oil, new air filter, new oil filter, lamp auxiliary, tail stop backup lamp, license plate lamp, two new bulbs, two new turn signal lamps, shaft steering, and strap wiring. All totaling about $2,400 with parts and installation. Some how there must have been a miscommunication or misunderstanding between the sales and service department on what exactly was being replaced. The "As Is" on a Buyers Guide is a document that is required by the Feral Trade Commission (FCP) and requires all dealers to post to every used car offered for sale. This document is protect you as the buyer and the dealer as the seller. The Buyers Guide clearly states whether the vehicle being purchased does or does not have a warranty. We encourage all customers, that are purchasing a vehicle that has exceeded the terms of a factory warranty, to purchase an extended service contract in the unforeseen event that a mechanical/electrical issue were to arise. Our goal was to not offend you during this process but try to make this as simple, easy, and a non-pressure situation. We simply offered to undue the paperwork if you were not satisfied with what was performed. You ultimately decided to continue. With all this being said I just would like to reiterate that you're satisfaction is the number one priority. Unfortunately I cannot not make a 139,000 mile truck become new but what I can do is try to fix those issues that you have listed. I will be reaching out to you to try to make what is wrong right.
