I had service done to my 2023 CT5-V on Tuesday 6. 2.2026 including oil change and tire rotation. My service advisor, Michael was excellent and professional. Unfortunately after leaving the dealership and getting on the highway, I checked the "oil life %" and the Technician did not reset it to 100%. Not Michael's fault, just a lapse in service protocol. Kinda makes me wonder what else the Tech missed/forgot? More

Had extensive work done requiring leaving my vehicle overnight. I was given a loaner vehicle which was electric. It was my first experience driving an electric vehicle.
