I had a several issues with my 2009 CTS and brought it in to Findlay Cadillac. I had an appointment with Mike Giordano. He was able to help me right away and I did not have to wait at all when I brought my c to Findlay Cadillac. I had an appointment with Mike Giordano. I had to wait a couple days for parts but my car was fixed and Mike kept me update the entire time. My whole experience was that Mike and the dealership was professional, knew exactly what they were doing and were honest. MOst important I got my CTS back in great condition running like new. I highly recommend taking your cadillac to Mike Giordano at Findlay Cadillac. More

I have givin this dealer a 5 for several reasons. First, my vehicle was ready sooner than expected. Second, when I picked up my vehicle it was washed and ready to go. You would have thought I was some kind of celebrity, the way I was treated. Not only did I get a fantastic deal, but when I arrived, my vehicle was "ready-to-go" - all of the paperwork was complete - my gorgeous black Saab was sitting in the showroom, ready for me to leave. I have had wonderful follow-up emails and/or phone calls; not just immediately after I bought the car, but at various times since, making sure I am still happy....I AM! I wish that more car dealers, from the General Manager down to the guy who carries out the trash, would take a lesson from the Findlay family of auto dealers.
