I had to get the timing belt done on my 2005 Honda Odyssey and Honda Henderson gave me a great deal and were able to work with me with pricing. Also had a rental car while the car was in the shop. Profssional friendly staff. My only criticism is tI he price negotiation went on to long. After we got past that, it was really good especially when going through the financing where we were offered but price negotiation went on to long. Nancy is the first service adviser that I have ever really gotten to know. I always call her now for any service to my car. She has helped me get the accessories I wanted, and discussed products with me, describing their functions. As a direct result of Nancy, I am spending more on accessories than I would have normally, because she was willing to take the time with me to discuss then. She is friendly, upbeat and just a delight to work with. When I bought my new CRV last Friday, I think she was just as excited as I was! I came in to purchase a used car for my son. David Glenn was very unfriendly and unprofessional. He acted like he didn't want to be bothered with us and basically wasting his time. If I had to rate Mr. Glenn, I'd give him an "F", and would NEVER EVER do any type of transaction with him. With good customer service being a top priority, Mr. Glenn should not be working for Findlay Honda. More

Alex Fuess was my sales man, he asked what I was looking for and I told him a Mini Van. Not once did he try to show me or sell me anything other than an Mini Van. He showed me the Odessey, I took it for a d for and I told him a Mini Van. Not once did he try to show me or sell me anything other than an Mini Van. He showed me the Odessey, I took it for a drive and it was great. As we were going over the price and my trade ins he talked to kevin, who suddgested another van that they just received. I took that van for a drive and it had more options on it and was a year newer with less miles for about the same price as the Honda. Alex stated the obvious that wasn't at the time so obvious to me " Man its newer it has less miles and has more options". I went with this one it was a 2008 Chrysler Town and Country Touring Edition. My credit was not good enough to get the car at what i thought was a great deal. These 2 guys, lowered the price so that i could purchase it. Never have i heard of such a thing, they put me the customer first.... I have told many of my coworkers and friends about this and I would tell anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle to go see these guys. More
