Here I am at 7:30ish ET in Indianapolis panicked because my Kia Optima's driver side mirror motor is running non-stop for the last hour. After exiting a car wash and putting my mirrors back in place with t my Kia Optima's driver side mirror motor is running non-stop for the last hour. After exiting a car wash and putting my mirrors back in place with the button on the inside---the motor won't stop running. Unfortunately, I am without any dealer in Indy open at this hour and hoping that it doesn't drain/kill my battery overnight for I need to be in Chicago the next day. I have a brainstorm...I will call a dealer in Pacific Time Zone because they're still open at this hour and maybe--they can help me figure out which fuse to pull to stop the motor from running on the mirror. I tried myself but none of the fuses I pulled worked. I call 2 dealers in Los Angeles area. Both were wienerschnitzels and would not help me. I then call FINDLAY here in Vegas and not only do they answer the phone right away (which was a welcome change), they helped me out with my issue. Jose (service advisor) was on the phone when I called. I explained my issue. Even though I was in another state, he not only HELPED me find the place to stop this motor running, he stayed on the phone while I attempted it. (And by the way---it was a success!) I *wish* I lived in Vegas because if I did, I would certainly choose FINDLAY as my dealership and...would certainly RECOMMEND Jose as a service advisor. He wasn't mean or snooty and did not "dismiss" my issue even though I was in another state. He HELPED me and for that, I'm forever grateful. I get to Vegas now and then and for sure, Jose---I'm coming to your dealership to meet you in person. May the good deed you did for me today, return to you in trifold!! Thank you SO much and thank you (General Manager there (or whomever was in charge)) of hiring such a FANTASTIC employee!! California dealers suck! Long live FINDLAY KIA!! More
The entire Findlay Kia team are friendly, professional, courteous, and transparent during all phases of my interaction with them. My husband called the dealer, asked if they would deliver the car for a test drive. 40 minutes later the car arrived, we test drove and bought the car. Best and easiest experience ever. I had been working with a salesperson at Towbin Kia in Henderson and it turned out to be a not great experience. After a couple phone calls my husband came into a contact at Findlay Kia and they had the e Henderson and it turned out to be a not great experience. After a couple phone calls my husband came into a contact at Findlay Kia and they had the exact car I wanted. We arrived the next day and asked for Bill W. He greeted us and he took me right to the car. Right away I wanted it! Everything was quick and easy! Sales was seamless. Henry in finance was great! Very friendly and made sure to explain everything clearly! I wanted my wheels powder coated and arranged to have that done a few days later. Service was so wonderful! Scott was great & friendly. We loved everything so much that we came in 2 days later and my husband purchased a Kia as well! We are happy to be part of the Kia family! More

It is very unfortunate that I also had bad experience at Findlay Kia. My situation is worst because I was lied to that caused me to lose my $1k deposit. I was informed by Mishelle Slivka (Client Care Adv Findlay Kia. My situation is worst because I was lied to that caused me to lose my $1k deposit. I was informed by Mishelle Slivka (Client Care Advisor) that I can put a deposit on a vehicle and that the deposit is non-refundable but can transfer to another vehicle within 1 year. I made a deposit on a Telluride with Justin Hong (Sales Manager) and when the Telluride arrived, I decided not to buy it and asked how I can use my $1k deposit towards another vehicle. Justin is the worst when it comes down to resolve my issue. I repeated 10 times that I was told I can transfer my deposit to another vehicle within 1 year and how can I do so. He totally ignores what I was being told by Mishelle and just keep saying “I don’t know what you want me to do. That’s not on the paper you signed. You lost your deposit.” He also rushed my off the phone by saying he is busy. He never even try to listen to my issue, don’t even mentioned trying to help. Before I talked to Justin, I talked a so-call “Director of Sales”, and his response was Maybe, but he doesn’t deal with that. So he transferred me to Justin. The way the Findlay Kia does business is unethical and wrong. I was denied performing my right to transfer my deposit to another vehicle. This could be fraud because it was unfair and unlawful to me. More
