I asked for the usb ports to be replaced and only one of them was even touched! Yet they had time to do a multi step inspection which would have increased my bill to over 6 thousand dollars!! Why was the other usb plug not replaced? It was not even touched! I’ve always stood by Nissan since 2015 even when I traveled with it as a tow vehicle on my motorhome. I’m not sure I’m comfortable with returning for service as needed. My bill was short of 3000 thousand dollars… I’m usually not this critical . Christy was good, it’s incomplete work that was done that I’m displeased with. More
