Findlay Nissan Henderson

Normally, I get great service from Findlay Nissan, but my last visit fell short. I want to emphasize that my service advisor did everything she could to help. The issue was a lack of communication between th last visit fell short. I want to emphasize that my service advisor did everything she could to help. The issue was a lack of communication between the shop and the advisor. The technicians failed to inform her that they were out of transmission fluid, requiring someone to be sent out for two additional quarts. As a result, a simple service took four hours. When my SUV was finally returned, the interior smelled strongly of grease, and there were oily hand prints inside and out. To make matters worse, my driver’s door was opened into something, leaving minor damage along the edge. The service advisor was very apologetic and did her best to clean the vehicle, and the service manager came out to address the door damage, but the overall experience was very disappointing. More

Christy did a great job assisting me with my truck. Especially with my truck being in there for a week and a 1/2 under a warranty issue and a warranty only covering 2 days rental car. The service was fine, but extremely long.
