Matt was terrible. Very unprofessional and would never return my call. Left 4 voicemails for him with no response over the course of 3 days. The service manager was good and gave me a free rental car due to my car taking longer than expected. Other than him the rest was very unprofessional and I will be taking my business to another Nissan dealer in town for service and my next car due to this experience and the terrible customer service I received. My one concern is that the vehicle we received the passenger back seat isn't big enough for long leg passengers such as our grown children, and the trunk is not big enough for a wheelchair and groceries.
