I just thought they replaced both side axles not just the one side. That was a lot for only one side. Now my I need struts I thought you all looked over all of that while you were fixing my car? More

We’re sorry to hear about the confusion regarding the repairs and appreciate you sharing your concerns. Our goal is always to be as clear and transparent as possible about the work being performed on your vehicle. If only one axle was replaced, it would have been based on the condition of that specific component at the time of inspection. Regarding the struts, while we do perform inspections, some components may not show immediate signs of needing replacement until later. When the struts were recommended, we also offered a $500 discount to help reduce the cost of that repair. We understand how this situation can still feel frustrating, and we’d be happy to review the service details with you and answer any questions.
