The guy who helped me was very rude. I called during the week for a appointment and it was told.it was not necessary. He then told me a three or four hour wait and it was half that time.he was very rude with a cocky attitude Bill and another younger guy who usually help me are so much more professional. Then I was quoted $78 dollars and ot ended up being $10 more. Not a good visit. More

When I picked up the vehicle the paperwork had multiple recommended services needed on the paperwork it said I was contacted and denied the service. I was never contacted. Then I received multiple text message asking if I needed anything or had questions after the service. I responded to them saying I had questions and asked them and or to be contacted and never received a response. I reached out 3 times. Going forward I will go elsewhere. More

Terrible customer service, all they are interested in is billing They sent me a video that had no sound. I'm a dealer, not a mechanic.
