The intake coordinators at the desk where they gather your information on why you're there for service are all very professional. I've had a few problems but they were resolved sometimes not to my liking at 100% which i would have been much happier with. I just purchased a 2025 Nissan Kicks which of course will be serviced by Nissan. My 3rd Nissan since 2006. I feel that sometimes the mechanics can pay a little more attention to what they're working on because I know 1 of my mishaps could have been totally avoided. All in all I keep coming back for the people and service because as we all know, sometimes things happen but I love the service and my Nissan. More
My experience was extremely disappointing. I spoke with the salesperson who originally sold me my car, and he assured me I had an extended warranty. Based on that, I made the drive all the way to the dealership. When I arrived, I explained to the service clerk that my repair should be covered, as confirmed by the same sales rep—who still works at this dealership and who I had purchased two vehicles from. Unfortunately, things quickly went downhill. First, they told me they couldn't provide a loaner car, which caused me to miss a day and a half of work. Then, the shuttle service they offered was limited to a 10-mile radius, and the driver reluctantly agreed to take me home because I was just outside of that range. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. While I was in the shuttle, the same salesperson who told me I had coverage suddenly informed me that I did not have an extended warranty after all. I was shocked. He then asked how I financed the vehicle—I explained that I went through my bank, Navy Federal. He claimed that Navy Federal should have offered me an extended warranty. I told him they only offered me GAP insurance, not an extended warranty. I was incredibly frustrated that he hadn’t verified any of this before having me drive all the way there. In the end, I was told I’d need to pay $1,700 out-of-pocket to get my vehicle fixed. After purchasing two Nissan Rogues from this dealership in the same year, I expected far better treatment. The lack of clear communication, poor customer service, and overall disorganization have left a terrible impression. I will never purchase another Nissan vehicle again. The inconsistency and disregard for customer experience were unacceptable. More

Customer Service of some of the employees encountered were terrible. Very frustrating to deal with those who work in the industry of providing service but give the opposite.
