Poor customer service. I had to wait 5hrs(did not want to go home and double back) the dealership was about to close. The DCM on my car needed updating. I got one update vi I had to wait 5hrs(did not want to go home and double back) the dealership was about to close. The DCM on my car needed updating. I got one update via text it was taking longer than expected. Then with 20 minutes left til closing I found the agent to find out what was going on with the car. He told me the car will have to be left overnight to finish the update. He would give me a rental to get home. While walking over to the office I saw my car parked as if it was done. As I’m waiting for the rental the agent calls me and tells me the car is done. I was more curious how long my car really sat out there ready to go. More

It was a great experience. I was able to come in with no appointment. Makaila assisted me all the way with my routine maintenance & the window tint additions that I wanted. due I was able to come in with no appointment.
