Phill Crabtree has been my service writer for many years now it’s a great experience every time I need my service done. Phil makes it so easy. The important point here isn't that they got it right but the fact they owned up and made it right. I purchased a Rav 4 last week and the dealer prep guys didn't do the window tinting.
