Everyone managed to walk the fine line between being interested in finding the vehicle we wanted without it becoming a hard sell. Never a phone call asking if we were ready to buy, might be interested in a different car, etc. The financing process was as painless as possible, and there was no hard sell on add-ons such as wheel damage protection for 100 years and a million miles.
