I already had done pretty extensive research and knew which vehicle I had wanted by the time I walked into Fitzgerald's; I had even corresponded with one of the salesman, Blaine, because the vehicle I wa which vehicle I had wanted by the time I walked into Fitzgerald's; I had even corresponded with one of the salesman, Blaine, because the vehicle I was interested in was in route to their location. This made things much easier, and I was informed when the vehicle was delivered so I could go in, look at it and make the purchase. The purchasing process itself took a decent amount of time (I went into the dealership ready to make the sale on the vehicle and was still there for 2 1/2 hours), but there were a few hiccups that were out of Fitzgerald's control and I won't hold that against them. Pushing for an extended warranty, while I understand is the nature of the car sales business, was a little unsettling, but it was nice that two separate Bill of Sales were created to show what my final price would be with and without the warranty added into it. In general, everyone I talked to was extremely personable and polite, and it gave me confidence that I was buying from a great business. They allowed me to pick up the vehicle the next day, and had it washed and ready for me to drive it off the lot when I arrived the next morning. I would definitely recommend Fitzgerald to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle! More
Went into to get a coating on vehicle that I purchased when buying the car thought the dealership. Upon picking up my vehicle, the paint now has swirls in it. I then asked for them to fix it and took my v when buying the car thought the dealership. Upon picking up my vehicle, the paint now has swirls in it. I then asked for them to fix it and took my vehicle back to get the correction fixed. It still has paint swirls. I was told to take the vehicle to another dealership because they “do not have the technical skill to fix it”. Ruined the paint on the vehicle and now it’s apparently my issue to get it corrected because they can’t do the job correctly the first time. More

The staff was very friendly and helpful until I got the vehicle home now am having issues with it! They are going to do anything to get my loan approved just to get my down payment. I called to speak to the manager to try express how unhappy and unsatisfied I am, and he said "Ms. Long I don't know went your do unhappy, you should be one of the happiest people we have every dealt with, we bent over backwards to get you the loan, (Thomas came to me after being there for hours, to tell me if I put down another 600 down they would not have to verify my income or employment, I should have declined Rodgers there) I should have asked more questions, but until signing the documents did I see my interest was 24%! Again I should have walked out! As soon as I get home the under carriage had fallen down dragging under the car, I took it back, they fixed that, get it back and now the entire audio system will not work!! So now I have to take it to Ford, another out of pocket expense!! I completely feel like they put me in the lowest of the low, the only way they could probably get me a loan, my credit is not good and I have a repossession from a few years ago, just to get my down payment! They were very nice in the beginning but now just plain disrespectful and ignorant, yes, I know I bought a used car, I know things can go wrong, but as soon as I get it home?? They got my money, they dgaf about how THEY made me feel, it's on to the next customer......I 100% feel taken advantage of!! Would not recommend, especially if you do not have good credit and if you are planning to put a few thousand down, check the vehicle throughly, they will bend over backwards to get your money,..... Shame on you, I worked hard to save that money!! More

On the phone, the salesman didn’t know the difference between.a hybrid and a plug-in hybrid. We really wanted that particular car so went ahead anyway. I get that it was a used car outside the makes and models they usually handle, but the utter unfamiliarity with the vehicle he was selling was painful to see. Then, we carefully provided all needed documents in advance because we had over an hour’s drive to reach them. Despite this, and a full cash purchase, the deal took nearly 4 hours to complete. And we did not test drive the car. Four days after the deal, we are still waiting for the delivery of the sales documents which were promised by email upon our completion of the contract. The salesman was too busy being “friendly” in the way of all car salesmen to be efficient in handling the customer and respecting our time. More
