Thorough diagnostic and quality repair by nice people! Took my GMC Sierra in for a semi-elusive transmission/misfire issue. Joey Jackson drove the truck out with me and thoroughly assessed the symptoms. Took my GMC Sierra in for a semi-elusive transmission/misfire issue. Joey Jackson drove the truck out with me and thoroughly assessed the symptoms. He asked lots of questions to ensure that the proper diagnosis was made. After a diagnostic testing, by the service tech Darren, and further discussion with Joey, the problem was identified and the vehicle was repaired quickly and effectively. I so enjoyed driving home from the dealership with a smooth driving truck. Joey Jackson was honest, straightforward and courteous in his dealings with me and Darren took the time to let me know how the diagnostics were progressing. I had a great experience with Joey in the service dept., and everyone I came in contact with at 5 Star. More
