After having my 2017 cadillac xt5 for 3 weeks in shop, after many attempts to contact and give feed back that I received from Cadillac. They insisted to be rude and gave me a sticky note with 5000$ worth after many attempts to contact and give feed back that I received from Cadillac. I also mention the GM never returned my calls and just plain rude. Also i even was considering buying a newer model sedan from them,, what a mistake that would have been. I was very pleased with the pleasant support provided by Mr. Martinez. He was extremely friendly and helpful. In addition, although the maintenance team couldn’t replicate the problem they went the extra mile and checked service bulletins and found a software update that was needed.
