The service was good, but the price was steep! Charge an arm and a leg! The service guy was nice. The labor was more expensive than parts. I feel like a paid way to much for nothing. After having my 2017 cadillac xt5 for 3 weeks in shop, after many attempts to contact and give feed back that I received from Cadillac. They insisted to be rude and gave me a sticky note with 5000$ worth after many attempts to contact and give feed back that I received from Cadillac. They insisted to be rude and gave me a sticky note with 5000$ worth of repairs. Needless to say i took my xt5 to another dealer who only had it 3 days and 750.00$! I also mention the GM never returned my calls and just plain rude. Also i even was considering buying a newer model sedan from them,, what a mistake that would have been. Sad that General Motors tolerates this.. More
I was very pleased with the pleasant support provided by Mr. Martinez. He was extremely friendly and helpful. He made a point of talking with the maintenance staff to ensure they chased the problem to the e Mr. Martinez. He was extremely friendly and helpful. In addition, although the maintenance team couldn’t replicate the problem they went the extra mile and checked service bulletins and found a software update that was needed. I will definitely be keeping these guys as my service team. More
