Dustin made sure I understood how to operate the vehicle and toured the facility which was very clean, even in the area where the automobiles are worked on. As a blond female, men tend to talk down We bought a 2019 Outback. This purchase was heavily impacted by how I was spoken to by the salesman, Nick E. As a blond female, men tend to talk down to me. I asked him to explain the engine setup to me. Nick nailed the sale by explaining the engine in terms someone non-mechanical could understand without talking down to me. He did an amazing job showing the features of the car. He then continued the respectful speak through the financial discussions. Another unexpected benefit is the re-delivery service. After a couple weeks with your car, you come back and meet with Dee Boyett. She does NOT try to sell anything. She walks through the features of the car. Got great insight in using some of the features that we were uncertain on. You also get a $25 QT gift card for coming. Really appreciated the training so I didn't have to review the manual! We were highly satisfied with our dealing with Five Star Subaru, Nick, and Dee. Highly recommend. More
