I never used to think buying or leasing a car could be a good experience, but both times have been pleasant. The dealership is new and very nice and the staff seems to take pride in what they do. I haven't dealt with anyone who wasn't friendly. Joey Edwards helped us this time and his easy-going manner made it seem almost effortless. There was absolutely no pressure and I felt like a valued customer the entire time. Joey showed me all of the features of my new car while the finance department worked everything out. Signing took just 15 or 20 minutes and I was able to make an appointment I had later that morning. Since this is my 2nd Subaru from this dealership, I can also tell you that the service department is much better than all of the others I've dealt with. The staff is friendly and they actually call you when your car is ready. Thank you for another great experience! More
