I was there on a Saturday on the last day of the month, so he was doing a lot of juggling, but he made sure I knew where he was at all times and continuously checked in on me. Credit - Freddie Valdovinos -seemless - no smoke and mirrors - explained everything very clearly - very knowledgeable. I was impressed by the shop, particularly the floor - it was spotless and looked like you could eat off it. Also, the dealership was hosting a dog adoption for Operation Kindness that day. That struck me as particularly compassionate and community oriented. There were 2 Subaru dealerships closer to my house. I came to Grapevine because they had the color I wanted. I'm so glad I did! I'll send anyone I can there to buy a vehicle. PLUS I love my Forester! More
