Experience on purchase of my first Subaru I had been thinking about purchasing a Subaru Legacy for quite a while, but couldn't find the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. I went with a friend to Grapevine Subaru the day she purchased an Outback. Nick Eyster had been her salesman and I was impressed with the way her Outback purchase was handled. There was no "hard sell" or push to buy more than she wanted. Everything was handled great by the salesman and the dealership. Grapevine Subaru didn't have the car I wanted (color) at the time but I kept checking. A couple of weeks later, I saw the Legacy in my second choice color on their website and called Nick to schedule a test drive. The car was ready when I got there and, after driving it, I decided to buy it, paying cash. Nick handled all aspects of the sale very professionally and ensured the car was ready for me to drive off the lot. He took time to go over several of the basic features of the car and also hooked up my cell phone. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nick and Grapevine Subaru to anyone. This was the most pleasant experience I had in purchasing a car. More
