Her service went above and beyond any service I have ever received at a dealership. My transaction was a bit convoluted as it was transpiring just as I started a two week vacation in a remote location with limited cell service. Paige went miles out of her way to keep the transaction on track and secure a vehicle I would be happy with. Between the experience of Julialisa Papagno and the product knowledge of and demonstrations by Christos Kosivas, we arrived at the GLE43 coupe. Julialisa located the exact build specifications we had set out for and was able to work out an excellent deal on the vehicle including assisting us with a trade-in that we were upside-down on. He secured the rate I wanted and offered all the extras in a non pressure environment. All around good experience, I would happily return to this dealership again and do business with both gentlemen.
