Being 60 years old I've bought a lot of cars in my lifetime, experiencing good and bad sales people. I went to Fletcher with no preconceived notions or any idea what I'd find. I knew they had the vehicle I wanted as I'd seen it listed in their inventory on the internet, but I'd have to see how things would go before committing to a purchase. Jason Wright drew the short straw, so he had to deal with me. I found him to be low key (which I liked) and knowledgeable about the SUV's we looked at. When he showed me the offer for the new Durango with discounts and my trade value, it was pretty close to what I had in mind. Any car buyer has to come back with a lower counter-offer and if I had I'm sure we would have come to an agreement with a lower price, but I didn't. I thought it was fair enough for both parties. Profit isn't a bad word in my vocabulary and people have families to provide for and bills to pay. Jason earned his share of the sale and I wanted him to have it. I was pleased with the total experience at Fletcher and I would certainly recommend the dealership to others.

Excellent service and attention without being too pushy. We didn't really expect to be able to by the Jeep of our choice, but Doug worked with us and was very responsive to our needs and concerns. They/he worked diligently to find a new 2012 Jeep that perfectly met our needs and requirements. I was amazed that they were able to locate one so quickly! The price and options were perfect for what we were willing to pay, the speed of getting the vehicle of our choice here to the dealership, the politeness and courtesy, and the information that we gathered were awesome. I definitely will recommend Doug Robinson and Fletcher Chrysler Dodge Jeep to all my friends and family, and will return there for my next purchase. Poficient without being overly pushy - my kind of salesperson and dealership. Even the color was perfect - couldn't believe we were able to get it so quickly!

Mr Giles was absolutely a pleasure to work with on the purchase of my dodge 3500. Not only was he courteous, kind, and funny. (You don't find too many sales people that right up front are honest, trustworthy, and knowledgeable.) Mr. Giles answered all of our questions and found the answers to the questions he couldn't answer for us. I would recommend someone to Fletchers Chrysler Dodge Jeep. P.S. Also the Gentleman that finished out with the paperwork was very nice also.

I am assuming that purchasing a car for anyone is a stressful, time-consuming, money-spending, infrequent event.

In spite of that, our experience with Doug was pleasant, though very time-consuming. He was forthcoming with any
questions we asked, made us comfortable and......even brought me a Coke when I was thirsty! What a guy!

I have been a happy Jeep owner for 8 years and was ready for a different Jeep (Grand Cherokee). I did my research online and had emailed with Brad Joiner about a Jeep they had available.
I had several vehicles lined up to go see (all silver because that is what I wanted). My first stop was Fletchers Chrysler Dodge Jeep. From the minute I walked in the door, I had wonderful assistance with my inquiries about this Jeep.
It was a rainy day so my salesman, Michael Lukich, said he would go get the Jeep and drive it up to the door for me. I took it for a test drive and liked it very much.
Michael and I worked through the deal of my trade and came to a joint agreement on it. Everything was handled so professional and kind.
Once the deal was worked out, and an agreement was made, he took me to the next building where we did the paperwork and payment.
I highly recommend this dealership. They will do their very best to take care of you!!

Overall, I was very pleased with the entire experience. Jake handled himself with a high level of professionalism and wasn't pushy during the process, like most salesmen I've delt with in the past. He was also able to answer some technical questions for me and when he didn't know the answer, he didn't just give me one...he asked someone else and then came back to me with the information. I would recommend Fletcher Chrysler and Jake Watkins to others. I also Love my new truck!

Jason and all of the others I dealt with were friendly and professtional. This was a no hassle/no high pressure experience that I would recommend to others. This is my first Dodge product, so we'll se how it goes.
