The staff is always professional helpful in most cases. I am concerned about the person who scheduled my original service appointment. The person was resistant to honor my request for a loner. She basically stated, loaners were not given for my type of service. She offered Uber vouchers, but not use of a loaner. I thought that was unusual since previous requests were honored. I was not aware the amount of money spent in service determines use of a loaner. I thought it was about convenience. If this has changed or I am ill informed please clarify.
