Customer service was excellent and very prompt. Would refer friends and family to the dealership. I would purchase my next vehicle at Fontana Nissan solely on the service I received from my visits to the Dealership.
"Not the best first impression"
I made an appt. to have my first oil change. When I dropped my car off at 9 am I was told that there was a recall on my car. So I authorized them to fix that as well as change my oil. I also showed them some foam on my dashboard that needed to be repaired as well. I told them that I would be back around 5 pm to pick it up. I got a call a little before 5 pm asking if I could leave my car overnight because they weren't able to make the repairs. I felt that 8 hours should have been sufficient to make all of the necessary repairs and if it wasn't then I should have been told before I left the car. Not the best first impression!
Everyone was fun, friendly and professional. I couldn't of asked for a better experience than what Fontana Nissan provided to me. Thank you guys
