SALES TEAM - OUTSTANDING!!! We have been dealing with Ford Country in Henderson since August of 2013 when we purchased a used car off the Ford Country lot. The sales representati We have been dealing with Ford Country in Henderson since August of 2013 when we purchased a used car off the Ford Country lot. The sales representative, Marvin, was outstanding. No pressure, very polite and informative. We consummated the deal almost immediately on, not only the quality of the used car but also on the connection with Marvin and his bossKevin Vanetta. My wife was so impressed that a month later, when we decided it was time to purchase a new car for me, she didn't hesitate on insisting we go directly to Ford Country. Again, a wonderful experience. My heart was set on an electric car and I was impressed with the Ford Focus. after a test ride with Marvin, and further discussion of my driving needs, Marvin and my wife decided a Ford Fusion Energy would best fit my needs. At this point we were introduced to Scott Gilmore the electric car specialist (now in finance). After a test ride or two, and because of Marvin and Scott, the deal was made. We elected to lease the car which was my first lease. Nothing but great things to say about all three of the sales team. It didn't feel like your typical car dealership. More like meeting friends for the first time - a friendship that has lasted to this day. Fast forward to July of this year, 2015. My son who lives in New Jersey, needed a different car as his, for lack of a better word, "died". My wife's immediate reaction was to go to Ford Country and purchase another used car and have me drive it to New Jersey to give to our son. Marvin again was on the scene (my wife specifacly asked for him. As he was not available at that time, a new sales person came on the scene - Henry (the Tank) and, of course, Kevin, My wife refused to go to Car Max or any other dealership to buy a used car. Ford Country and only Ford Country because of the great relationship we have formed over the past 2 years. We purchased a 2002 Ford Focus with 60,000 miles. The car had been through the service center and was in good shape for its age. I drove it to New Jersey the following week and, outside of a few noises, it ran very well (as only a Ford will do). When I got to New Jersey, the noises got louder and louder. I took it to Sears Auto and they informed me that the front struts and ball joints needed replacing. This was not evident in Las Vegas as the roads are very well paved and little pot hole. New Jersey, on the other hand, has pot holes with a little road! They replaced the needed parts and, by the way, showed me each one prior to the repair so I knew they did in fact need replacing. Now here is why I will NEVER go anywhere else but Ford Country Henderson. Upon my return, the Ford dealership reimburrsed my costs at getting the car fixed! THAT IS OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! UNBELIEVABLE! To say our relationship with Ford Country Henderson is strong is an understatement. Kevin Vanetta handled the whole thing in a very professional manner. Marvin was right by our side throughout the presentation and discussion of our dilemma with the latest "front-end" issue. We have nothing but the greatest respect and admiration for Kevin, Marvin, Henry and, although he's not in sales anymore, Scott. Thank you guys for everything and my lease is soon up so, when the 2016 Fusion Energy's are available, Kelly and I will be down to lease a new one. Yours with great respect, Timothy E. R. So with my Ford Fusion Energy lease coming due in August 2 This review starts at Friendly Ford in Las Vegas. I had bought 3 cars from that dealership. So with my Ford Fusion Energy lease coming due in August 2015, I started my search for a new car in April. I settled on a new Ford Mustang. I started dealing with Chris as my salesman. Since I knew what I wanted in the way of equipment packages Chris couldn't find one on west coast that was so equipped. So I went the order a car route. I was told it would take 8 to 12 weeks for the car to come in. This would work out fine since my last payment was due mid July. I put down $500.00 as requested, and went on my way. When it got to be eight weeks in, I called to see if I could get a firm delivery date. I talk to Chris. He told me he would get back to me with the information. Two hours later, he called back and said only thing he could tell me was the end of July. He could not tell me the actual status of the order. A week later I started to get nervous about the car coming in on time for the return of my Fusion. So I went down to Ford Country and met Kevin Vanetta. He told me that Friendly should be able to tell me exactly where the car is at that moment. I then called Friendly was hung up on twice. After about an hour of trying to reach the dealership I called the service department. I told them to have sales manager call me ASAP. When manager call and again I inquired about the car where was and delivery date. That is when I found out that even though I place the order with them on 23 April 2015, they sat on the order till 22 May 2015. Kevin in the mean time had found a car in my color and equipped with all the major upgrades I want. They had the car on the lot in 30 minutes and I drove off in it about 2 hours later. Kevin and Ford Country went the extra mile to get me the car I wanted. More

I made the appointment for Friday 7-10-15 @ 7:30am and showed up at 7:15am and was told that the work would take 2 to 4 hrs to complete. I told the service rep (Art) that I would be waiting for my car. After 4 hrs I asked another service rep (didn't get the name) what the status of my car was. She made a call and told me that they where going to start working on it at that time, 4 hrs later. Can anyone tell me what the xxxx the appointment time was for??? After only 1 1/2 hrs more my car was done. Completely unacceptable. Needless to say this was my last trip to this dealer. There are more that would like my business. More
