I needed a vehicle for my daughter. Elie took the time to find the right certified vehicle, gave us a great price, and was genuinely concerned about our budget and fuel economy concerns. His manager, Brad was overwelmed with other customers, but still found time to thank us for our purchase and helped arrange our financing! Ed upgraded our warranty at their cost! It could have been a little quicker, but i felt the extra time spent saved us time in the long run and validated we were on the right car and at the right dealership. I will be sending all my co-workers to Ford Country !!! More

I would recommend this dealer to anyone that has Ford needs. I recently purchased my first Ford product. I was in a Toyota lease that was ending, so I went to Ford Country to look at new Escapes. Let me needs. I recently purchased my first Ford product. I was in a Toyota lease that was ending, so I went to Ford Country to look at new Escapes. Let me tell you, the selection was FANTASTIC! I didn't have to search high and low for the color and options i wanted. My salesperson, Rich Ruane, is a walking encyclopedia of knowledge! He told me things about the Escape i couldn't find on the internet, and did a unbelievable job. The sales manager, Brad Cambridge, was quite cordial, and the finance manager, Paul Jarrett, was so helpful and courteous, it was as if I wasn't at a car dealership at all!! He arranged a great payment option that included the "Gas and Go" program. Easy, no hassle, convenient, and their service department is great! More

Giovanni (Tony) was very friendly though he did push a little to make a deal for a used car wasn't ready to get that day. I dealt with other staff there who were also very friendly. paid well over 7000.00 for service to a 2000 ford e -150 they replaced the whole cooling system and some more....give me back the van with engine light coding and temp overheating....went back a couple of m they replaced the whole cooling system and some more....give me back the van with engine light coding and temp overheating....went back a couple of more times only to have the same happen again....finally the engine seized and was told lack of maintenance.....this service dept should be avoided at all costs....planning to get media an legal team together....they dont fix they just replace on a whim it seems...told one thing one day and told different the next....record all conversations with anyone in service....... More
