He made it fun and has continued to work with me even after the purchase in getting a few things done. I also had an experience with Tim in service. I had a second row console installed and Tim as well was very professional and friendly, working with me to get the project to completion. Though it took a couple of days to get the project completed I was provided a courtesy vehicle to use while mine was in for the service. Disappointed, Yet AGAIN Took my car into have Air Conditioning work done and an oil change. They had the car for TWO WEEKS trying to address the issue. The majority of the time was wasted due to their Air Conditioning Evacuation machine breaking not once, but twice. Also, and more distressing, all that time they had my car, they NEVER got around to doing my oil change as requested. When I asked about that the service writer looked puzzled and then admitted he just forgot about it. Great Job Clermont Ford!!! More
