It was easy to make the appointment online, they were quick to confirm it and follow up with a reminder email. When I dropped my car off, Carol already had the service vehicle ready to drop me and another customer back off at our homes since we were without transportation. The work on my car was slated to be an all-day job, but it was done in half that time, and they quickly let me know my car was ready for pickup so I could go about my day. Everything was covered under warranty, which was a terrific bonus. Thanks again to the service department at Latham Ford. More

Transmission work Shotty work. They broke manifold bolt while replacing transmission. Drilled, tapped and replaced with after market bolt. I was from out of town on bus Shotty work. The bolt came out and the manifold is now warped. It is a $2500.00 job since the manifold has a catalytic converter in it. They were horrible to deal with on the phone and will not stand behind their work and let another dealership near me repair it. Would never buy from or have them repair anything. More

Our new Mustang had a factory defective convertible top. The convertible top was defective, the de-icing element in the rear window was delaminating and Ford replaced the entire top on the Mustang. The people interfacing with us were courteous and friendly. We take the car to Latham Ford for all of its routine service requirements and are pleased for the same reasons. We also notified Latham Ford that the car has a bearing noise from time to time, but they were unable to duplicate it at this time. More
