Ford of Latham - Service Center

OH NO I've got a flat tire!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was driving with both my sons to run errands on my day off. About one mile away from the dealership I saw my tire air pressure light come on. Since we were right by the dealership I drove straight there. When I got out of my car I noticed I had a flat tire. I went in and right away was helped by the fantastic service folks at Latham Ford. They brought my Explorer in, checked my tire and noticed that the side wall of my tire had a gash in it. They recommended a new tire and I was out of there within an hour or so. I felt bad just popping in to have them look at it but they were welcoming and did not make me feel like I was bothering them. I love this dealership and the folks that work there!!!! More

I bought my 2007 Edge at another dealership used. I was having problems with the rear barring, something unusual. Doug was able to diagnose, fix and have it back to me in a very timely manner.
