My regular 3,000 mile oil change was done and also the "Works" check up was performed. I was impressed with the Vehicle Report Card which came with my invoice. The Tech even measured my tire depth!! We had a very pleasant experience at Northampton Ford. Our sales person, Derek Larivierre, was very helpful. He answered all of our questions with patience and understanding of our needs. He worked with us to come up with a fair trade in value for our old car that made the deal work for us. All the other staff were very friendly and helpful when Derek was not available. The whole process was very smooth and went much faster than we thought possible. A big factor was the availability of a car (C-Max) that we wanted and the ability of the dealer to have it for us right away along with taking care of all the required paperwork. We will be long term customers and will recommend them to our friends. More

Bill Richards and our salesman Timothy Walz made it possible for my wife (Jackie) to have a very happy Mother's Day. Mr. Richards gave us a very fair trade for our 2006 Explorer and got us an afforda possible for my wife (Jackie) to have a very happy Mother's Day. Mr. Richards gave us a very fair trade for our 2006 Explorer and got us an affordable lease payment thru the exeplary efforts of Business Manager Bill Lundy. We have had some tough economic times in our family over the last couple years and were afraid of what kind of payment tier that we would get stuck with. Mr. Richards and Mr. Lundy were able to arrange Tier 1 Credit for us . The salesman Tim got the vehicle she desired a 2013 Escape in the color she loves and with all the features she wanted - he treated her like a Queen !!!. We are very happy with the vehicle which has been greatly admired by Jackie's coworkers and our family. We have heartily endorsed this dealership to our friends, family and aquaintances. When we were introduced to the Service Manager George Liptak, I recognized him from another dealership that he worked for that we had patronized and were pleased to see him and we compliment this dealership for having the good sense to make him their Service Manager. Lastly Mr. Richards was the most impressive General Manager that I have ever met. He was extremely knowlegible and took away our anxities of a new car aquisition. He even made us a pot of fresh coffee - I never saw any other General Manager do that - oh I forgot to mention that I once sold cars for 2 dealerships. Mr Richards even gave us a follow up satisfation call - when he got me on the phone he spoke to me briefly and then said that he really needed to talk to Jackie as" she is the #1 important person in this deal"!!! When I told her what Bill had said she was even happier and said " I am not getting a car ever from anyone else - only from Bill". I then got the phone back and Bill and I both said together the Dr. Phil line - " If Mamma Ain't happy than no one else is happy" Jackie overheard us and giggled - "You guys should remember that"!!!! My wife and I were looking for a new hatchback, so we called several dealerships in the western half of the state until we found someone willing to give us the best price on a Focus. Northampton Ford qui called several dealerships in the western half of the state until we found someone willing to give us the best price on a Focus. Northampton Ford quickly matched it, and drove a Focus down from their other dealership since they didn't have one on lot for us to test. Derek was never pushy at all, and let us get a great feel for the car. While we waited for our trade-in to be evaluated, he didn't push anything and was happy to chat about all things non-car related - a huge relief over the usual sales pitch. His manager overheard us talking about my job, and let me know that we could get even more off based on a partnership with my employer (even though we were well below invoice after the year-end incentives and base price match). We told them we had three more cars to test drive, and they gave us a few nights to sleep on the deal and couldn't have been nicer, more low-pressure, or more unlike the other dealerships (where the salesman starts, then the closer comes in and goes high pressure). More
