I found This Dealer on Line and selected a Used car on their website ,
When I got there I was greeted with the utmost respect, Thy pulled out the car and allowed me to road test it ,
I also found the the Car itself was spotless and ran great.
within 15 minutes I negotiated the Price with John Randazzo and took it home the same day !
THEY WERE AWSOME !

My Review of Fordham Toyota/Scion:
This dealer is extremely sketchy. After researching multiple cars on Auto Trader we visited their showroom only to find that none of the cars actually existed. The salesman swore that they had all been sold the prior weekend, despite the fact that we had been watching the cars online for a number of weeks. He then proceeded to offer us cars with higher mileage for more money than listed in the ads after pretending to negotiate with his manager. Please. Buyer Beware!

Ralph Nunez is a real "GEM "

This guy always makes you feel important and always respects your time.
Example: I work in Manhattan and live in Yonkers,I run a very busy public relations firm and never have time to get my gar serviced, each time I manage to get my Toyota there he always understands and manages to get my car in the shop and gets me out within 1-2 hours !
All this without and appointment !!!

My Review of Fordham Toyota/Scion:
Venrick is a professional sales person. I was unsure of what I was able to afford. Venrick took the time to go over the many differnt models Toyota has to offer. I was impressed with the managers and their patince because I know I can be very questionalbe.
When I finally decided what I was interested in, I was taken on a test drive. Then when I was waiting to take delivery Venrick took me over to the servoce department and introduced me to the Service manager and showed me aroung. Beautiful service department.

I was very happy to speak with Euton. I was impressed with his handeling of my research on a 2009 Camry. Euton even went out of his way to bring down a Camry for me to test drive. He was very patient with me on all the different models that Camry has to offer.

The entire Mr. britton made me feel like I was and old friend , he really gave tht " Warm Fuzzy feeling "
It was the first time I went to Fordham Toyota because I was referred by a friend.
But yet they gave me the best price and had the car i wanted .

Over the years, I've purchased several cars at various locales. However, I was refered to this dealership by my brother. I've never felt as good about a car purchase than when I dealt with these guys. The gentleman who assisted me & my wife, Mr. Julio Ceballos was exceptionally thorough, professional and courteous. He showed a great deal of patience, especially with my wife (she is a self-professed "nit-picker") in explaining everything from the equipment/accessories to the financial aspects of our purchase. It was a pleasure doing business with
them and like my brother, I will be sending others. Thank you!

I just want everybody to know that Ralph Nunez from Fordham Toyota the " New Service Manager" Is a Real gentleman !
This Man jumped through hoops to help me, when my Toyota needed to be repaired it was just out of warranty ( only by a few miles )he cntacted his Toyota Rep and asked for " Good Will " it too 2 days to get a responce .. but it was well worth the time !
" I wiil for ever be indebited to him and to the people @ Fordham Toyota !

They were Spectular !! I will forever reccomend Fordham toyota to all my Family and to all My Friends !
