My Review of Fordham Toyota:
this man robbed me. He lied. all the paperwork he gave was not the one he showed. Promised a good deal. He went on to finance the car for double the worth. the paper work was for 13,300 he tried to fiance the car for 22,000. I tried to speak to him and all he did was say come in and he never showed up. Thats a sign of a crooked sales man. And if he works there that says alot about the other people working there as well.

I went to purchase a vehicle. Sales person offered a good price. Agreed to purchase a vehicle at price offered. sales person didnto give full information regarding vehicle. added services to contract not asked for. car came out to double what was offered. tried to contact sales person at dealer. Never responded, never showed up at work on the date he was suppposely going to fix situation. I recommend no one go to this dealership.

This was the easiest car I ever bought and I got a really sweet deal. Never stepped foot in the dealership until it was time to sign the papers. All negotiating was done over the phone and via email/fax. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealer.

My Review of Fordham Toyota:
I went into the dealership and the sales person named Angel helped me. Not only was he UNknowledgable but he was also rude and nasty. He became angry when I asked him questions, then became defensive and insulting.
I would think that you need to run a mile from this dealership until they get better sales people. I also heard that they are incompetant when securing the vehicle and not trustworthy at all.

These guys are the worst dealership you will find in NY, we signed up for 2 Toyota Camry 2008, first of all we were told to buy insurance up front which we did and after 7 days the cars were still not there with them and on top of that they added extra charges (2500$) on a SIGNED document, the explanation given to us by the sales person was that this is just a standard bank acquisition fee which is charged everywhere and when we demanded to speak to the finance person to give us the explanation of this charge, the finance guy says "this is our sales person mistake this is just your accessories charge", so the deal which we made WITH accessories from the sales person is now blacked out with this new charge and now we already have insurance without a car and a document which I signed without charges has extra charges now ! this is the WORST dealer ever.

My Review of Fordham Toyota:
I arrived to purcahse a Toyota 4 runner used 2004, the 4 runners all over priced and the sales person had me sit there like some hot rod teenager eager to drive home to today in a New car...( ahh I was purchasing a used 2004 4 runner) and that was his best sales pitch... the manager would not even speak to me over price after about 13 more lame sales pitches, I got fed up and left ... Of course the sales man swore up and down he can work with me... but I think he was more worried about his profit margin than helping me with the price .... thats to low of a bid what kind of commission will I get... Avoid this dealer ship its small and does not have much of a selection... dont buy from here... Eddie

My Review of Fordham Toyota:
I was not please when I contacted the sale representative that completed my sale. My car had a minor factor defect when I contacted the sales rep. for this issue, he was uncooperative. I was not please with the after-sale service I received from this particular dealer. They are very friendly when it comes to getting a sale, but quickly forget about servicing and addressing a customer/client questions and concerns during the after-sale stage. I do not recommed this dealership.
