Showed up with no surprises other than how surprised I was to have no surprises. Honestly I was a bit hesitant because it seemed way too easy and pleasant, kept waiting for the catch and it never came. Just my dream jeep! No one else could even compete, seriously, one dealer said he had to talk to his manager after I explained what he had to compete against and he just never came back or even responded to my text. Must have gone to his manager and said... he is talking with john phan at forest lane and his manager said.. well.. no point even trying. More

John sold me a Jeep Cherokee during Thanksgiving holiday. He was awesome. I don’t like to shop for vehicles, so he provided us with all the info we needed before I arrived and processed as much as he could u He was awesome.
