Went back and forth in the numbers, came to an agreement so filled out a credit app and had to leave to get home as my wife had an appointment and I had to take care for the kids. They called me saying they got approval but the rate wasn’t as low as we hoped so obviously payment was a little higher. I said I had a tight budget and that would put me over so can we do anymore on the numbers. Julian the sales manager said he was able to “help me out” and got $5 a month off the payment. Ok still not what I was hoping for but ok let do the deal. So I round up my wife and my family to go sign the paperwork. We drive 25 mins out to the dealership. When we get there Roberto the sales person asks if I want to see it now it’s detailed before I sign. Now during the test drive it was filthy and I also noticed I couldn’t find the mobile charger. So I asked Roberto about it earlier in the day and he assured me he would find it out figure one out. I restated are you sure? As it’s kind of an expensive paper weight without a charger! He said yes between us one way or another he will figure it out just keep it between us and don’t need to add to the we owe paper. Should have known better as now when I do the final inspection I still can’t find the charger so I asked Roberto. He immediately says I go get the used car manager. Thinking maybe he has it I waited by the Tesla. This manager then shows up immediately with an attitude and falsely states the don’t come with a charger from new. Well I have friends and research that state they come with a mobile charger. So what do we do here. Well you can buy one from us for $500! I explain that’s not what was agreed on, I didn’t throw Roberto u see the bus initially but all of a sudden he was silent and nothing about what we agreed earlier in the day. So I told the manager I was told it would have one so that’s on you guys. He said he over paid on the Tesla and paying more then he wants on my trade so how about he give me the charge at a discount of $280! I explained again I don’t feel like I should have to pay for it. He then got more upset and said if that’s the case I guess we u wind the deal then and started to storm away. I then spoke to Julian the sales manager hoping he would honor our deal. Instead he said either I can pay for the charger or he can jump the deal back to the monthly payment before he took the $5 a month off. Excuse me? We agreed on the monthly payment, got approved on that basis. Now you saying you will increase my payment or I have to pay almost $300 as your salesman lied and promised a charger? So on principle I refused those options. I told him I would only sign on the payment we agreed on already not increase it and they needed to provide the charger as agreed. To which he said I’m sorry then we will u wind the deal. So they ran my credit which will now impact my score, even spoke to my bank and got approval. Wasted my time most of the day and most importantly disrespected my wife and families time just to then unwind the deal over $280 charger their team had promised to me! And were rude about it. Honestly it felt like they were so upside down on the Tesla (which had already been on their lot for a while) that they were looking for an excuse to get out of the deal and hope some unsuspecting fool would eventually pay more. Please save yourself the headache and avoid this place! Integrity is everything in my line of work and I don’t mind mistakes being made but if your staff fumble, you make it right not put it on the customer! More

From the moment we stepped through the doors, the entire team was welcoming, kind, and genuinely happy to help. My wife and newborn were with me, and every time my son got fussy, the staff would stop by with smiles, talk to him, and help keep him calm. That alone speaks volumes. We all know the stereotype: car dealerships are stressful, pushy, and exhausting. This experience was the complete opposite. It was honestly sensational. Hansel, my sales rep, deserves special recognition. With only about a month in the business, you’d swear he’d been doing this for years. Professional, friendly, patient, and incredibly positive. He had the car ready for a test drive, never rushed me, and walked me through every question without pressure. That’s rare. Javier in finance was just as impressive — personable, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable to sit with. We talked about family, parenting, his son, my son — and yes, somehow he made the finance portion of buying a car… fun. That’s a sentence I never expected to say. William, the GM, is simply a great leader and human being. He jumped in wherever needed, answered questions clearly, and ensured everything felt smooth and supportive. And I also want to praise Michael — who had nothing to do with my actual purchase, yet treated us like family. He stopped to talk, made us feel welcome, and was so kind and patient with my son. That’s the kind of culture money can’t buy — people who genuinely care, not because they have to, but because it’s who they are. On top of all that, they threw in a detail kit and even told me I could charge my Tesla at their dealership anytime. Who does that?! That’s above-and-beyond service right there. I’ve purchased vehicles multiple times over the years, and I can confidently say this was the best dealership experience I’ve ever had.
