I waited 2 weeks to get an appointment, just to get to my appointment date and not have my car serviced. You see, I made an appointment on line and I put a check mark in the box to have my car picked up and appointment date and not have my car serviced. I was transfered to another number, just to find out that the voice mail was full, so I called the first number again. This time I was given a direct number to the person that would be the overseer of my car. I get his voice mail. I chose not to leave a message, so I called the first number again. The third time I got Edith Henderson on the phone. Edith was the only one who was willing to take the time to help me get the answers I needed. It turned out that no one took the time to see that the car was supposed to be picked up and told Edith to tell me that that information wasn't in the report. More
