My Review of Frank Myers Auto Maxx:
I had visited at the local Nissan dealership, and was treated poorly. The salesman over there changed his entire attitude toward me, when he found out I had less than perfect credit. I walked out, and came to Frank Myers...where I met Bud. Bud treated me with respect, before and after pulling my credit. Bud earned these guys a customer for LIFE!!

Bud and rich were great , I came to the dealership looking at a specific f250 I hadn't purchased a truck in 10 years plus the truck was priced at 18,000 dollars and I almost left bud came out and started talking to me and said I can work with you regardless of the sticker he took me inside showed me on their computer what those trucks go for and I was surprised at how cheap I ended up getting my f250 at 6% interest and I had no where near perfect credit so big bud got me riding thank y'all all at frank myers auto maxx

Where has this dude been? Yall have had some good ones there before but Bud went out of his way for me! could've have asked for a better salesman.. It was blazing hot but he took his time with me like is was a cool spring evening....AWESOME!

I love and appreciate Frank Myers Auto Maxx! They were there for me when I needed them the most! When everyone else said "NO" they said YES and for that I am grateful! I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone who has had bumps and bruises that life brings. Their sales staff was not the "pushy" ones that make you believe you can get a car only to run your credit and then say NO. Thank you Frank Myers Auto Maxx!!!!

My Review of Frank Myers Auto Maxx:
In December of 2011 I stopped in at Frank Myers to look at a car (2008 Ford Fusion). After looking around on the lot for about 20 minutes I went into the sales office. I was greeted by Ashley who paged Stephen. I told Stephen what car i wanted to look at. The car i wanted to look at was a White 08 Fusion, it was a 5 speed and I dont drive 5 speeds. So Stephen told me that he had a Black 2008 Fusion on the lot that was automatic. So Stephen takes all my information and runs a credit check while we go for a test drive. I fell in love with the Fusion. We get back to the lot and Stephen tells me "GREAT NEWS".....i had been approved for not 1 but 2 car loans.............I DONT NEED 2! I tell him i just need one and because i had just started a new job i couldnt afford an outrageous monthly price. Well the next thing I know Stephen has dissappeared and another guy has taken over. He comes to the desk that i was at with a hand full of paper work and tells me what my payment is going to be....399.74. I told him No that i could not afford that payment and started to get my stuff and head out the door. He then asked me what about making it 374.99, i again told him NO!This gentlemen then tells me that he will get it all worked out and at a reasonable monthly payment...im still waiting on that. The tire pressure light was on in the car when i took it for a test drive, Stephen said he would have the service guys look at it. When i left that night with the car the light was off. The next morning the light came back on. The light came on and off for about 2 months and i had to put air in the tire at least once a week. I had taken the car back several times for the tire to be looked at and for the response of "its the weather", "we forgot to put a cap on the stem" and a few other excuses....So in Feburary my husband took the car back to the service center for the first oil change and tire rotation. When the tires are rotated the service techs tell my husband that there is a slash and a boil on the rear passanger tire(same tire that ive had problems with since day 1). So my husband leaves with the car. The following week I take the car back to Frank Myers to have them look at the tire once again and explain the situation. I have a 12 month old that rides in my car on the same side and I will not ride around with a damaged tire. I tell the service associate that i had been there multiple times with this same tire and i want the problem solved. The employee then looks in the computer system to tell me that that car has only been there once before( oil change and tire rotation). So he then tells me what my price would be for a new tire. 207.00........wrong answer, the tire was damaged when the car was sold to me, make it right. I was then sent down to talk with a manager who decided that we could go half and half on a new tire. At this point I was beyond pissed off. So i agreed so i could get out of there. Over the past couple months i have been looking into different things to try and get my payment lowered. Everywhere I have gone has gave me the same answer..."you still owe way more than your car is worth". For this reason, my car will be going back to the Frank Myers lot to be resold. I was put in a 16.2 interest rate and paying over 18,000 for my car. I have even canceled the gap insurance and extended warranty which equaled out to be around the amount of my trade in. I called back to check on the status of my refun that was to be sent to the bank and the lady that i spoke to with in the finance department was extrememly rude and had a horrible attitude. I had to use some words with her that i normally dont use to get my point across. As of this afternoon when i called the bank they had only receive a portion of the refund....ill be checking on it every day. If i had known all the things that i know now i would have gone to a actual dealership and i could be driving a 2011 Fusion for the same monthly payment. Never again do i go to this place to purchase a car, and never again do i send somebody to this place to purchase a car.

As far as the finance company is concerned, I will personally speak with them regarding the way you were treated by them. Even though we have no control over what they say, they still represent us when speaking to our customers. Because of that, they used unacceptable behavior in my opinion.

I'll also gladly assist you with expediting your refund through them if you wish. Simply let me know.

Your finance terms (interest rate, term, etc) are all controlled by the finance company. I wish I had more control over that end. However, I will express your unhappiness with those things as well.
