As we pulled into the dealership parking lot, we noticed it was open, and I cringed at bit as we parked our truck and got out. In moments we were welcomed by Devin Dzioba... it immediately felt different from past car buying experiences. It was a good different, non-threatening, and genuine - which immediately removed my disappointment that the dealership was open. Devin mentioned how customers of Fred Anderson Nissan are considered a family member. I have to admit I was a bit skeptical thinking how many times I've heard that line before. As we looked at several cars, Devin found us the PERFECT car based on our needs and finances. The Sales Director, Nick Tasios, worked with Devin to give us a great price, and found us a great rate on the financing. Chris Moore made the loan documentation a painless experience. Through each step, we were welcomed as a new family member, and it hit me... it was real. In a very short amount of time, we owned a new Nissan Murano. Devin met with us one more time to review the features of the car. Sitting on the dash was a thank you card signed by Devin. I drove off thinking it was a superior car buying experience, due primarily to Devin and the others involved. The following day, we received a call from Devin thanking us again. From the beginning to the end, it was a refreshing and new experience with respects to purchasing a car.
