Don't take your car here for maintenance! As soon as I can find someone at a higher level, I will complain to them. What a poor experience! Never again. Appointments mean nothing. Had an appointment and waited nearly an hour and a half before being told it would take 2 and a half hours to fix. Was charged twice what another dealer would have done the work for (I checked). No offer of a rental car. I was charged for the diagnostic ($125) - most dealers will void that charge if you agree to have the work done there. Not Anderson Nissan! What a rip off! My daughter just had new brakes put on her car and Toyota gave her a loaner to drive for the afternoon. Clearly, Toyota provides better customer service than this dealership. I can't wait for the survey...it will be a pleasure to give the rating you deserve. More

He answered all my questions with authority and without the games other sales people seem trained to play. The rest of the staff were equally friendly and professional. I understand the dealership must make a profit. However, it seemed to me everyone I saw was also genuinely interested in treating me as well as they could. The dealership was spotless. Although the paperwork was never-ending, the professionalism and good humor made that particular ordeal tolerable. I have a hard time imagining a better car buying experience. More
