I recently left a bad review out of anger and frustration at a problem with my new Four Runner. After a phone call and a visit I am back to rectify that. Brian Surrett took the time and gave great customer s at a problem with my new Four Runner. After a phone call and a visit I am back to rectify that. My vehicle is back to perfect and I am thankful Brian helped me and took the time to make things right. I am satisfied and happy with his service. More
I bought a new Tundra 5/17, but had to drive my 2020 Sequoia to Knoxville to pickup an RV I bought on5/4 that afternoon and bring it back to Davidson River State Park. They put on a brake assist at LazyDays, but it created a warning to check with Toyota to cancel the warning. I asked Fred Anderson service department if I could leave it with them to try and figure it out, as I also found that the rear window, the cruise control, and the outside temperature and lane change warnings were all not working. The service department kept my car for 3 days and 2 nights and asked me to leave it a 3rd night which I declined. The service man told me they had not even looked at my car to see if it was easily fixed or not. I had to stay extra days in the campground thinking they were servicing my car. If I knew they weren’t going to try and fix the electrical problem, I would have come back to Georgia. I am glad I don’t have to bring my new Tundra back to this dealership! At least there was no charge for no service. More
I have bought two cars here and while I live an hour away, I thought I would always do business here. After my recent experience with service, I'm not so sure I want to do business with them. I certainly don't ever want to deal with the repair department again. At least one of those people needs some very serious customer service training. If he has had it before, he needs a refresher. I've given up on receiving a phone call and the documentation I was supposed to receive. I don't agree with public shaming so I have provided his name in the feedback to the company and not in this review. More
I have always brought my car here to get serviced and they always give me a hard time about the oil that I want them to use even though they have used it so many times over the years that I have brought they always give me a hard time about the oil that I want them to use even though they have used it so many times over the years that I have brought my car to them and they never go by the price they tell you over the phone it's always more expensive when you get there and I'm just disgusted by how I was recently treated as a loyal customer this past time I went on 3/09/2021 and I called to speak with the manager about it but never got a call back some service lol More
I went in for a 50k mile maintenance service appt. Was told I was under the "family plan" and my oil change, tire rotation was covered. I told the service center rep that if ANY charges or service was to told I was under the "family plan" and my oil change, tire rotation was covered. I told the service center rep that if ANY charges or service was to be done, to contact me first before doing anything. I was contacted about wipers and a battery replacement, which I declined at this time. I went to pick up my car and Ta Da! I had to pay $29.95 for the tire rotation, which they led me to believe was at no charge! I am so fed up and tired of their shady practices that I am ready to trade my car, so I don't have to deal with them. The tire shop that I purchased by tires from would do a FREE tire rotation, but Fred Anderson Service makes you think it is free and it's NOT!!!! I am disgusted with their service and this is the 2nd time I have been hit with costs when I have been led to believe it's free. Beware!!!!!!! The rep was very nice and I don't have a problem with her. It is the dealership and service department's untrustworthy practices that I have a BIG problem with. More
Quote discussed over phone was a lot less than the price I paid. They agreed to take off the $25 service charged but tricked me by adding it to my parts and labor charges. Shady and bad business. Fred Anderson Toyota obviously has problems with their service scheduling. I attempted to schedule an oil change and tire rotation using their online system. I went through all the steps but when I got to service scheduling. I attempted to schedule an oil change and tire rotation using their online system. I went through all the steps but when I got to confirm, I got a message saying the appointment could not be processed and to contact the dealer. I called, entered the number for service, and after listening to several promotional recordings was informed I was 6th in line to speak to someone. After 20 minutes, I got a ring tone which took me back to the incoming call center, again had to enter the number for service, listen to several promotional recordings and was told that I was 6th in line to speak to a representative. I hung up and called again, only to have the same process occur and be told I was 6th in line to speak to a representative. This time, when given the option, I entered 0 and left my name and number, the service I was trying to schedule and described the problems I had encountered and requested a return call. Over 4 hours later, I'm still waiting on a return call. More

During these days of Covid, I limit my contacts as much as possible. I have my groceries and shopping delivered, do not frequent restaurants, etc. So when a tail light on my Toyota Camry needed to be repla as possible. I have my groceries and shopping delivered, do not frequent restaurants, etc. So when a tail light on my Toyota Camry needed to be replaced, I called Fred Anderson Toyota of Asheville, told them exactly what needed to be repaired, and made an appointment for it to be fixed. I arrived at the dealership and it turns out they didn't have the part and had failed to order it!! So now I have to go back to the dealership a second time--thus exposing myself and the Toyota associates unnecessarily. Not very good Covid -- or time -- management, Toyota!!! Very poorly handled!! More
Lousy service gave me the run-around on a 2012 Benz I bought from them even before I took it to them so cancelled.
