Sales and Service Comments I have purchased 7 new Toyotas since 1988 and the Fred Anderson sales (Wayne Gomillion) and service (Robert Hunter) personnel who assisted me were he I have purchased 7 new Toyotas since 1988 and the Fred Anderson sales (Wayne Gomillion) and service (Robert Hunter) personnel who assisted me were head and shoulders above my past dealings with other Toyota dealers. When I bought my Tacoma, Wayne was very professional, answered all my questions and found exactly what I wanted. After the sale, he would often contact me and ask if I had any questions or would tell me about new Toyota products or sales. I have never before had followups like Wayne provided. When I read on the Tacoma World forum about some Tacomas that came from the factory with low automatic transmission fluid, I got a little nervous and called Wayne. That day, he talked to Robert Hunter in the Service Department, called me back and made an appointment to check my fluid level. Robert explained every detail of checking the transmission fluid (the transmission is a sealed unit). Everything was ok and there was no charge. I am very impressed with Wayne and Robert and will come back to Fred Anderson Toyota from now on. More

I have owned Toyota's for over 30 years and have been to many dealerships across our great country. I must admit, this dealership - by far - is the best dealership I have worked with. From Joe Wynns to David (service manager), to Brian Brooks and Jake (service advisors), to Jimmy - the master mechanic - the experience was wonderful. The price came in $200 under the original estimate. I had a massive oil leak in my original '85 Toyota Supra that they took excellent care of. They pulled the entire front off the engine to replace worn seals and o-rings as well as other items they came across. They were honest and kept me in the loop as they found issues and finished the work. They were ahead of schedule, under budget, and the car runs like new. Can't ask for much more. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys. Thanks for a great experience. More
Just a not to say how Brian Brooks goes out of his way to help any customer. My stepson's van (a KIA) starting cutting off on us Saturday morning on the interstate. The ESC light came on and then the compu help any customer. My stepson's van (a KIA) starting cutting off on us Saturday morning on the interstate. The ESC light came on and then the computer shut the engine down. This continued 6 times until we limped into a shopping center parking lot. I called Brian at Toyota in Sanford because I have purchased Toyota's from Toyota of Sanford and knew them to be very helpful. I could not have imagined how helpful until I called at 8:30 on a Saturday morning. A very gracious lady answered the phone (imagine my surprise when I got a human) and I told her I needed to speak to a service manager because I had a problem and needed advice. Brian Brooks came on the phone and I relayed my situation. He said it would be best to get to a KIA certified techician but that there was one thing he might suggest that could possibly help me. He said to remove the positive battery cable from the terminal and wait a couple of minutes and reconnect it to reboot the computer. I did so and the van has run great since. Whether or not this is a permanent fix or not is not my point. My point is the receptionist and Brian cared enought to help someone without it meaning any income for them or Toyota of Sanford. These are great people and if every business could learn this customer service lesson how great would that be!!! Thanks Brian!! More
