Fine print rip off Went there to look at a used car for my daughters first car. The price on the website was great. Test drive was good and was ready to put deposit dow Went there to look at a used car for my daughters first car. The price on the website was great. Test drive was good and was ready to put deposit down when salesman came back with print out of the car from website. He showed me the "fine print" that I didn't see and said it was $1500 more than price shown. Started to explain that that price was only if I was trading in a car I purchased or leased there within the past 3 years. Whaaaat? This makes no sense. What if my car was worth $20k that I was trading in and the used car I was buying was $7500. Are they going to give me the difference back. I don't think so. I wanted to talk to the Sales Manager and/or the owner. Neither one was available. The person there behind the customer service desk argued that this wasn't "fine print" and would not do anything more. I had leased a Tuscan there as a first time customer and had my Nissan serviced at their dealership last year. Both left me impressed and hoped for a long relationship. This relationship ended the other day with their pricing scam tactics. No other dealer I have visited looking for a used car has played a pricing game. What you see is what you pay plus normal tax, title, etc fees. Don't even come here if your looking for a car. If I wanted to get ripped off I wouldn't have driven 40 minutes. I could have gone to one of the dealerships on Rt 22 which is alot closer. More
