Horrible customer service Purchasing the car was fine. The salesmen, I feel, really try to get you the best deal. My problem is what happened after. No one can return a call, including the finance and accounting departments. My car old car had an amount of payoff for a certain price. 24 days later, that car was not paid off....Which means my payment processed and the payoff amount was less. This means I lose the overage. I called and ended up having to go back to the dealership to let them know they weren't getting my money. Darren all of a sudden found my overage amount but there wasn't anyone to sign the check. He wrote on the "check request" to please call her when The check is signed. Two days later and three messages left....I still get no phonecall. When I talk to someone, she tells me the check went out yesterday. I was supposed to pick up the check myself. I will never do business with this dealership again. In addition, the Phillipsburg Easton Hyundai has been nothing short of amazing. I have been getting my service done there because Flemington never had availability. I will be doing my future car shopping with that dealership. More

Down side was transaction took a long time to complete and acting finance person did not offer alternative financing plans through the dealership. Also when I picked up the vehicle the following Monday there was excessive wait time completing the transaction. Overall I was pleasantly surprised by experience and would consider purchasing another car from them. More
