However, I do have one very major complaint, that concerns a management personel, Evan Perreault. The vehicle I perchased was used and I was informed prior to purchase that there was no warranty...however a minor problem arose with the vehicle being purchased, I called Fred Beans Subaru and spoke to Evan Perreault, who assured me that the cost to repair the vehicle would be covered and that he would make an exception for my situation since the problem arose so soon after purchase, this guy had me drive from an hour away only to back out of the agreement when I arrived. I found him to be both dishonest and condescending. More

Because of this I held my purchase and waited for the new addition to come out closing the deal with Keith. I am from out of the area, but I called/visited a bunch of Subaru dealerships throughout the tri-state area and none of them gave me the deal that Fre I am from out of the area, but I called/visited a bunch of Subaru dealerships throughout the tri-state area and none of them gave me the deal that Fred Beans did. I got about $2,000 off the sticker price and the deal was done over the phone. The other dealerships I looked at would only give me $500 off the sticker price of the vehicle I purchased. The staff was extremely helpful in any request I had as a customer. I would definitely recommend the dealership to anyone looking to purchase or lease a Subaru. They give the best deals and have a great staff. More

Took us out for a test drive and was very helpful with the entire process. Worked with me as I worked with another institution for financing. After the final bill of sale was set I asked if somehow they could give me a bit more on my trade in to round down the number. Keith went and asked Todd what he could do and we were able to work out a great deal. The whole staff went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible.
